Position Overview
As a Server, you are the face of Moxies. You create memorable experiences for our guests by delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service. You’re passionate about hospitality, love interacting with people, and have a talent for making guests feel welcome and appreciated.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and professionally
- Provide detailed knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
- Follow all food safety and workplace policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of serving experience (preferred, but not required)
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A genuine desire to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Serving it Right (or relevant alcohol service certification)
