Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our fast-paced marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer behavior, and data-driven campaign strategies. This role involves managing and optimizing digital campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. The Digital Marketer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive marketing initiatives that align with business goals.
Duties
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and web.
- Develop and manage content strategies that drive traffic and lead generation.
- Manage company presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing dashboards.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging creatives, landing pages, and email templates.
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and ad targeting.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of paid media, content marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
