As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform various nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Conduct body waxing services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care
Skills
- Proficient in nail care techniques and body waxing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus
