The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp eye for creative and a passion for storytelling—especially when it comes to developing branded content across marketing channels.
Reporting to the Senior Content Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners. You’ll help drive content planning, source UGC, manage the social calendar, and write creative briefs for ads, emails, and website content. We’re looking for someone who has experience working with content creators or influencers, writing for social, and crafting strong, strategic briefs.
If you're excited to roll up your sleeves—from writing the brief, to working with creators and designers, to turning performance insights into iterative content—we’d love to meet you. We’re excited to bring on someone who’s resourceful, hands-on, and energized by content—someone who can drive high-quality creative output with curiosity and clarity.
You Will
- Develop Strategic Briefs: Write and deliver creative briefs for internal and external partners across paid social, email, ecommerce assets
- Write Compelling Copy: Write copy for paid ads, organic posts, UGC campaigns, and creative briefs that reflect our tone and drive engagement
- Support Content Sourcing: Identify and collaborate with creators and UGC partners to bring performance-driven content to life
- Execute & Iterate: Collaborate with ecommerce, growth marketing, and digital agency partners to monitor campaign results (CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) and quickly implement performance-driven changes.
- Curate & Optimize Assets: Work closely with our brand, ecommerce and art teams to leverage the best assets for each channel. (Bonus: Edit light video content (e.g., reels or cutdowns) for paid and organic channels.)
- Champion Content Performance: Work with the growth team to understand performance insights and develop creative that converts—owning briefs, video variations, copywriting, and insights sharing across teams.
- Manage Social Scheduling: Oversee organic social publishing and help plan content calendars across platforms
- Photoshoot Support: Help manage preparation for photoshoots and support on set to ensure assets support omni-channel content needs.
- Support Senior Content Manager on other marketing and brand-building initiatives.
You Bring to the Table
- 2–3 years of experience in a content, social, or digital marketing role
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a brand voice
- Experience writing creative briefs or collaborating with content creators and internal teams
- Solid understanding of what makes social and UGC content perform—especially on platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Comfortable managing content calendars and publishing tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own projects from start to finish and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail is critical - let us know your favourite dog breed in your application process
- Collaborative and communicative—you love working across teams and turning insights into action
Bonus Points
- Familiarity with paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Experience working with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Klaviyo, or Shopify.
- A personal or professional social account showing your content chops.
We Offer
- Competitive salary and vacation package (3 weeks of vacation to start)
- Hybrid opportunity based in Toronto— required 1 day in-office day per week (currently Wednesdays but subject to change)
- A thoughtful, fun, and collaborative culture—where your ideas are heard and impact is real
- Full suite of employee benefits and employee discounts
- Annual wellness stipend to support your mental and physical well-being
- A fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you’ll learn, grow, and make your mark
