Overview
The Detail Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities and vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position is responsible for overseeing the detailing operations, managing a team of detailers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Detail Manager will implement best practices in cleaning and detailing while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure high-quality cleaning and detailing services.
- Develop and maintain cleaning protocols to guarantee consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available for staff.
