Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring vehicles to their pristine condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality work.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, ensuring all areas are spotless.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Apply protective coatings to paint surfaces as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or maintenance needs and report findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns professionally.
- Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
