Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Duties
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person via phone, or remotely.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues, and remedial actions taken.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in IT support, computer networking, technical support, and help desk operations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, Windows Operating Systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and communicate effectively with users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
