Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental office, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth communication between patients and the dental team, as well as managing electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar effectively.
- Handle incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems(Tracker).
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and faxes, related to patient care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Tracker dental software is an assett
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and phone systems efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient care.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
