Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Instructor delivers engaging instruction and supports student learning in accordance with the approved curriculum. This role requires professionalism, subject expertise, and a commitment to student success.
Location: CDI College - Winnipeg
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually
Job Type: Ongoing Fulltime/ 40hrs
Shift Type: Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver course content as per the prescribed curriculum
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Monitor and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and maintain records
Participate in curriculum development and faculty meetings
Maintain current knowledge of industry standards and instructional best practices
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
Submit grades, attendance, and course updates in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Certified/Registered Dental Professional (MDA & NDAEB certified)
Degree, diploma, or certification in a related field
Minimum 5 years of general dental practice experience
Prior teaching or instructional experience preferred
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
