We’re currently hiring a full-time Level II Dental Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit dental team in Fort Frances, Ontario. This is a great role for someone looking to put down roots in a supportive small-town environment, with long-term growth and stability. We’re offering a $1,500 relocation/signing bonus to help the right candidate transition smoothly.
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting the dentist during clinical procedures
- Preparing treatment areas and ensuring sterilization protocols are followed
- Taking and developing dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Recording patient information and treatment details accurately using digital dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Tracker)
- Providing patients with post-procedure care instructions and hygiene education
- Helping with front desk duties like booking appointments and patient coordination
- Collaborating with the team to support the day-to-day flow of the clinic
Qualifications and Skills:
- Level II Dental Assistant certification, with HARP approval for radiographs
- Experience in general dentistry preferred; background in specialty areas (ortho, surgery, or pediatrics) is a plus
- Friendly and organized with excellent communication skills
- Strong team player, eager to contribute to a growing practice
- Open to relocating and integrating into the Fort Frances community
