Dental Assistant – Toronto Smile Design Yorkville Dental
Toronto Smile Design – Yorkville Dental is looking for a Level I or II Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a patient-focused clinic in Yorkville, seeking someone enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.
*Front Desk Reception Experience An Asset.*
Schedule:
- Full-time training (Monday–Saturday) available immediately
- *Saturday availability required*
- Regular schedule after training:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting and patient support
- Take X-rays (HARP certification required)
- Take impressions and digital scans
- Assist with photography and documentation
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilization
- Prepare treatment rooms and trays
- Support dentist, hygienist, and front desk as needed
Required Certifications:
- WHMIS
- Workplace Health & Safety Awareness (OHSA)
- AODA – Accessibility Standards for Customer Service
- CPR Level C (HCP recommended)
- IPAC for Healthcare Workers (Infection Prevention & Control)
- HARP (for radiography)
- NDAEB Level II Certification (for intra-oral duties)
