Since 1912, J.B Evans Fashions & Footwear has been helping customers find their perfect fit with great fashion and footwear. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team.
Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Associates for both our women’s and men’s departments. If you’re personable, fashion-oriented, and love working with people, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with styling and wardrobe needs
- Maintain store displays, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships
- Work as part of a team to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, personable, and team-oriented
- Passion for fashion and helping customers
- Strong communication and people skills
- Retail experience is an asset but not required
Hours:
- Part-Time: 15–25 hours per week (evening & weekend availability an asset)
- Full-Time: 30–40 hours per week
Compensation & Perks:
- Starting range: $17.50 – $19.00/hour, depending on experience
