Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office setting and has a positive personality, is service oriented and a great team player.
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day front desk operations, including but not limited to greeting patients and answering phones.
- Schedule and confirm appointments .
- Accurately billing ,posting payments / cheques , submitting insurance claims, insurance verification , following up on Accounts Receivable.
- Utilize software systems such as Dentrix and Recall Max for patient management and record keeping.
Requirements /Preferences:
- Previous experience in a dental office for at least an year is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix and Recall Max is a plus.
- Understanding of dental terminology to facilitate effective communication with patients and staff .
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling front desk responsibilities, including managing phone calls and patient inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Previous Dental Assistant and/or Dental Reception experience is highly valued.
Wages & Benefits:
$25-30 is suggestive but actual wage could be out of this range depending upon the candidates experience, skills and personality.
