Practice Hours: Monday to Friday! No weekends or evenings! We are open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and Friday’s from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
The opportunity:
Immediate, long term opportunity for a friendly, energetic, self-motivated, detail orientated, Dental Administrator with exceptional interpersonal skills. As a key member and leader of our administration team, you will have 2+ years experience in the Dental Industry, with a working knowledge of Dentrix. You will have experience with scheduling and exiting patients and managing A/R. You will impress us with your polished telephone demeanor, and be a great team player who is eager to learn and grow with our Pediatric practice.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting our patients in a friendly & inviting manner
- Scheduling appointments
- Detail orientated paperwork, and information processing
- Assisting with insurance processes
- Detailed knowledge of accounts receivable
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of dental administration experience
- Experience with Dentrix and Recall Max Pro preferred
- Computer knowledge
- Self starter and highly motivated
- Great attention to detail
- Experience in Pediatric dental environment preferred, but not essential
