Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires heavy lifting , excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. A strong background in commercial driving and warehouse operations is preferred.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and receipts.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with loading procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and move items safely within the warehouse and during deliveries.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in completing delivery documentation.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service in every interaction.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
