Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Deal Administrator to join our team at our Markham office. This onsite role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Process and manage all real estate transactions, including reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Documentation Handling: Prepare, submit, and maintain transaction files, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and properly filed.
• Communication: Liaise with agents, clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders to gather required information and resolve any issues related to transactions.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all transactions adhere to the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (REBBA) and other relevant regulations.
• System Management: Utilize real estate software platforms (e.g., LoneWolf, BrokerBay) to manage and track transactions effectively.
• Reporting: Generate reports on transaction statuses and other relevant metrics for management review.
• Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.(Indeed, Indeed, Wikipedia)

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate transaction processing or a similar administrative role.
• Education: Diploma or certification in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate software platforms (e.g., LoneWolf, BrokerBay) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and team.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with Ontario real estate laws and regulations, including REBBA, is an asset.(RE/MAX Excel Realty)

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
