Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. This role is essential in maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties
As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the successful operation of our farm. Your primary duties will include:
- Daily milking duties (milking, fetching cows, parlor setup, parlor clean-up).
- Operating equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently.
- Weekly tasks throughout dairy operation (bedding, animal processing and group changing, equipment maintenance and cleaning).
- Assist with feeding and handling calves.
Experience
Candidates should have some prior experience in a dairy or agricultural setting; prospective candidates should demonstrate:
- Prior dairy farm experience is considered essential for this position.
- Basic understanding and experience with cow handling and processing.
- Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance practices.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues.
- A strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
