About the Position
This role is an evolving customer facing role that requires an individual who can assess, clarify, and validate customer needs consistently on an ongoing basis. Our success team is responsible for our clients initial experience when they reach out to PacWest and are expected to provide top tier customer service in every interaction they have. You will be taking a high volume of phone calls and emails ensuring to meet the clients needs by getting their information to who it needs to go to as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Responsibilities
- Initiating jobs in our cloud portal along with required follow ups and forwarding to an appropriate team member
- Receive and direct calls and prioritize based on urgency
- Respond to client inquiries including condo residents and property management
- Administrative tasks including managing on-call schedule, keys, and office supply inventory
- Provide feedback to team members to improve internal processes, update as necessary
- Some reception tasks and other duties as assigned
- Seek guidance from the team lead when required
- Additional admin support assigned as required.
Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities Include a combination of the following:
- A team player with an amazingly positive attitude and character
- 2+ year in related reception or administrative customer facing role
- A natural problem solver! Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, self-directed & ability to work independently
- Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing industry or exposure to a service industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learn other applications as needed.
