Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Ring up sales on cash register
- Assist customers with product information
- Process Payments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures to handle customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Perform cleaning duties to uphold store standards, this includes inside the store and outside
- Stock and merchandise products
-Clean food service equipments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
-Able to stand for 8 hours
-Lift upto 50lbs
