Replay Message Centre provides answering services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be responsible for helping customers by taking complete and accurate messages that need to be dispatched to our clients. This is a fast paced environment that requires sociability, cordiality, and respect.
This is a full-time position. The shifts may vary between: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of telephone calls and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to learn dispatch application
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- NO cold calling/sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Must be cordial, energetic and customer-focused
- Active listening skills
- Have good spelling and grammar
- Ability to work as a team player
- Type 30 words per minute
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Availability MUST include holidays and weekends
