Duties

Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or in a similar capacity.
- Strong skills in business development, project management, negotiation, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and drive results through collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
