Bourgault is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in St. Brieux. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support the Sales & Service Department in these main areas:
- Provide direct support to dealers & develop dealers in a given service territory.
- Function as a dealer contact with regards to service / product performance related problems, warranty administration, and training.
- Focus on customer satisfaction goals within the boundaries of the Bourgault Warranty Policy.
Extensive Bourgault product operational knowledge is required, with the main focus on Air Cart and Air Drill product lines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide dealer and customer technical product support on all Bourgault products via:
- Taking service support calls related to set-up, operational, or functional concerns through phone inquiries and on-call service
- Addressing technical issues in-field with support of the Territory Service Manager to ensure prompt resolution
- Develop training materials to support in-person and on-line methodologies
- Provide dealer and customer training in conjunction with coordinated on-site technical support and unit set-ups / start-ups on all Bourgault products
- Assist Sales / Marketing department at shows and events / demonstrations
- Ensure our International Service and Sales teams are educated on new features and products; some limited international travel may be required
- Communicate with dealers and customers for feedback and input on product
- Ensure safe operation of systems
- Degree or diploma in engineering or agriculture is desirable. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of and interest in current agricultural practices and related technology
- A balance of practical experience and technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Effective interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; including capable of public speaking
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Passion for the agricultural industry
- Enjoy a hands-on work environment that supports being self-directed!
- This position will require periods of travel (approx. 20-30 nights away per year)

Wage Range: $30.00 - $46.50
