Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Helping brokers issue new policies
- Making policy changes
- Quote renewal and remarket
