THE OPPORTUNITY AT ANIÁN
As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our community by handling inquiries via phone, email and live chat, resolving order-related issues, and representing the ANIÁN brand with professionalism and care.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Experience with customer service calls and emails is an asset
- Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and empathetic attitude when dealing with customers
- Ability to handle customer concerns and problem-solve independently
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must be a dependable team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting with minimal supervision
