The Customer Service must be creative, dynamic and outgoing in order to provide the best in customer service to our clients. MUST have a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service roll, with digital, promotional and custom decorating an asset. Candidate must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills and be able to work alone and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with answering the telephone, assisting customers in placing orders online and in store. Troubleshooting and answering customer questions that may arise.
Responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain a great working relationship with existing and new customers
- Answering the telephone and greeting customers
- Create e-blasts and Social Media posts using Mailchimp and Canva.
- Setup displays in the show room.
- Updating online store website
- Restocking supplies
- Pulling supply orders and helping customers as required
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education and two (2) years related experience with Customer Service and some Marketing experience an asset.
- Exceptional client service knowledge with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong skills in software applications - including Word, Excel, CRM, etc.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Superior oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
The following would be considered an asset:
- Shipping and Receiving applications experience
Work Hours & Benefits
- Hourly rate commensurate with industry experience
- Your scheduled work hours to start will be 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. However, this is subject to change. Future schedules may include early morning or late evening shifts. This role will require occasional extended hours and/or overtime as operationally required. In the past we have been open Saturday which, although we don’t have any plans at the moment, might be required.
- 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: On-site; having a vehicle is useful for commuting.

The hours of operation are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
