What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional service.
- Educate customers about our products and baking traditions.
- Merchandise products and support marketing initiatives.
- Replenish and organize products in the storefront.
- Package products for customers.
- Handle retail transactions (cash, debit, credit) with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and support the baking team when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Skills
- 1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Merchandising experience is an asset.
Working Conditions
- Standing for 8–10 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
- Starting at $17.20/hour
