Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality finishes for our custom projects, ensuring that every detail meets our clients' expectations and aligns with our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure material is prepped for the finishing process - sanding, correcting imperfections, priming etc.
- Perform finishing tasks utilizing automatic and manual techniques - Spray guns, Cefla etc. Ensuring high-quality results.
- Staining and glazing material manually.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinetry finishing (2+ years preferred).
- Increased level of material and finishing technique knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong craftsmanship skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adjust issues with quality concerns.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
