Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying finishes, paints, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work with various materials, and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols in the workplace.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using spray equipment according to specifications.
- Read project plans to determine the appropriate materials and techniques needed.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as necessary during the spraying process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in spraying or a related field is preferred.
