Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders
- Accurately take customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus
