We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to comply with food safety regulations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
