**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in various landscaping and garden maintenance tasks. **Duties:** - Supervise and lead a crew in landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and planting. - Oversee irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants. - Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences. - Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures. - Monitor and maintain landscaping equipment to ensure proper functioning. **Skills:** - Experience in landscape maintenance and garden care. - Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise a team. - Knowledge of irrigation systems and watering techniques. - Ability to build and maintain landscapes according to design plans. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
