About the Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for organization, communication, and making things happen? DKI-Pro Pacific is seeking a Corporate Services Manager to cover a maternity leave at our Parksville headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting smooth business operations across multiple departments, acting as a high-level executive assistant and project coordinator.
The Corporate Services Manager will lead internal marketing efforts, coordinate company events, and support leadership with business development, client engagement, and employee experience initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, values-driven company where your contributions directly support both our team and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and execute PR and marketing efforts to position DKI-Pro Pacific as the leading restoration provider on Vancouver Island.
- Provide support to the business development team through market research, data collection, and the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Maintain and manage the company’s online presence, including social media, website, and Google business listings.
- Manage the company’s “Feedback Portal,” including customer surveys, external reviews, and internal staff recognitions (“kudos”).
- Plan and execute internal and external events, fundraising activities, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support the Leadership Team with documentation and ongoing updates to company-wide policies and procedures.
- Manage daily administrative functions such as mail collection, bank deposits, and document handling.
- Provide ad hoc support for special projects and leadership needs as required.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field (or a combination of education and experience).
- Minimum five years’ experience in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, service-based organization.
- Proven experience in business administration with leadership or supervisory responsibilities and budget management.
- Strong background in marketing, both traditional and digital.
- Experience supporting senior leadership (Director or C-suite level) is an asset.
Skills & Attributes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong general IT proficiency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle competing priorities, and manage cross-functional projects.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to team support
