The Contract Fluid Dispatcher is responsible to coordinate Fluid Management (Service Provider personnel and equipment) on lease and off-site to disposal effectively meeting the requirements of CVE stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Dispatch resources as requested by stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Maintenance, Well Delivery, CMT, etc.)
Receive vendor tickets and review for accuracy (e.g. work details, hour/rate charge, and correct PO/WO/cost center). Sign off once reviewed and return to vendor service provider.
Determine outbound waste stream category and create electronic WiQ waste manifests.
Demonstrate understanding of equipment types and operating parameters to minimize non-productive time/standby.
Audit daily vendor tickets processing and fluid volume data entry.
Ensure wastes derived from FCCL are sent to approved waste handling facilities, effectively communicating with disposal facilities to ensure resources are in place to accept materials efficiently.
Track equipment in and out of plant VIA Sales Force application.
Manage weigh scale software and scale cards, where applicable
Inform Coordinator with detailed information regarding any non-compliance with regards to AER Directives (e.g. spills)
Respond to all Site requests VIA Sales Force application.
Utilize Sales Force application to create work orders and dispatch Service appointments to service providers.
Provide vendor ticket data to PVR team.
Initiate Intelex entries of HIDs, BBOs, incidents
Attend Vendor toolbox talks
Chair monthly safety meetings, huddle board meetings as per schedule
Utilize consistent method of information tracking (Sales Force Application)
Research and book Tier 2 and 3 contractors to execute requests Tier 1 vendors cannot execute. As per coordinator direction
Generate daily reports (NPT, Waste Disposal, SR, etc.)
Daily Communications:
- Coordinator update

- Escalation to coordinator and per FMT processes
