Are you curious about entrepreneurship but don’t know where to start?
As part of a Producer role, you will connect with other CPAs who work in executive roles, offer an interview, conduct the interview on Zoom, and then build a relationship to help them grow their audience on social media and within their organization.
You’ll be in charge of the entire process – be in control (with our help and full training and support of course).
LearnFormula is like a "Netflix" or “Masterclass” for continuing education for those looking to upgrade their skills using online courses. We sell courses to Accountants, Lawyers, HR professionals, Engineers and others who require continuing education each year to maintain their license. We put people at the center of everything we do, both our customers and our employees.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute outbound outreach strategies to recruit executives.
- Manage the full production cycle—from initial outreach to closing the interview.
- Overcome objections related to budget, competition, and implementation to position LearnFormula as the best-in-class solution.
- Track and manage progress and activities using a commercial tool and our internal CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and messaging; measure impact using analytics tools
What We’re Looking For:
- A CPA designation with 1-5 years of experience, with an extremely outgoing personality, and a strong interest in entrepreneurship and networking.
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., Trello, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Outstanding communication skills—confident and articulate on phone/Zoom; persuasive written communication
- Self-starter with a growth mindset who thrives outside their comfort zone
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
- Team-oriented with a competitive drive and a positive, can-do attitude.
Salary: $60,000-80,000 base + performance bonus with on-target earnings of $100,000 -120,000.
