Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing job sites by rigging up lines, cords and hoses, organizing materials and tools.
- Assist in rigging out at end of job/day. Rigging out lines, cords and hoses, organizing & cleaning up work area(s), tools, trailers, PPE and safety gear.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers, move them to appropriate locations on-site.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required, including site cleanup and debris removal.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.50-$25.00 per hour
