We’re now looking for an ambitious, fearless Sales Representative to help us land major commercial, retail, and industrial security contracts. This is your opportunity to earn big by selling something that truly delivers results.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect commercial and retail properties (malls, plazas, stores, industrial sites, etc.)
- Present Haides Security’s services via cold calls, drop-ins, emails, and meetings
- Build relationships with property managers, store owners, and corporate decision-makers
- Deliver sales pitches using proposals provided by HQ
- Close contracts and coordinate with operations team for onboarding
- Track leads, calls, visits, and deal stages
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
- Earn 10% to 15% per monthly contract you close
(e.g. $10,000/month contract = $1,000–$1,500 commission every month it stays active)
- No cap on earnings – your hustle determines your paycheck
- Performance bonuses available for volume or premium clients
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (B2B, security, or field sales an asset)
- Self-motivated, confident, and highly professional
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Ottawa’s commercial/retail real estate market is a plus
- Must be comfortable approaching businesses cold (in person and by phone)
- Must have a vehicle and smartphone
