The Coffee Shop Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the coffee bar, including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, food prep, and quality control. You’ll lead by example during the busy morning and afternoon rushes, ensuring every drink, scoop, and smile is served up just right. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and keeps calm under pressure while still delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with speed and consistency
- Train and supervise baristas and coffee shop staff
- Manage scheduling, cash handling, and daily balancing
- Lead food prep, baked goods rotation, and cleanliness standards
- Run and maintain the ice cream bar with a focus on presentation and hygiene
- Keep the space clean, well-stocked, and inviting at all times
- Maintain a fun, focused team atmosphere with great customer service at the core

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
