Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating a CNC lathe machine to produce precision components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, quality control, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members to assemble components as needed and ensure efficient workflow.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of output.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
