Amco Manufacturing Ltd. is seeking a CNC Foreman to join our team of talented individuals to oversee production in our busy machine shop.
Specific tasks include:
- Delegating work to machinists
- Creating / optimising manufacturing procedures and processes
- Troubleshoot machine & program issues
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Train & mentor machinists
- Ensure that AMCO policy and procedures are adhered to
- Improve productivity
- Program and operate machinery occasionally
The successful candidate will have 10 years or more of experience working in machining, with knowledge of FANUC controls a strong asset. Other qualities we are looking for include:
- Keen attention to detail,
- Self motivated and organised,
- A desire to make a positive contribution to the team
Previous supervisory roles will be considered an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
