We are currently seeking an excited, energetic Clinical Aide to join our growing multidisciplinary Health & Wellness Team as both an Aide primarily to our Administration Staff but also our Physiotherapy Staff. We are an outpatient practice located on the west side of Brampton, in the developing community of Springbrook.
During regular operations we offer Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Social Services, Psychotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic and Traditional Acupuncture services.
The clinic’s focus is in utilizing the variety of disciplines, education and promoting patient advocacy. This all begins as the patient is greeted by our Front Desk Staff and carried forward into their treatment. Our goal is to have a growing relationship with our community through patient satisfaction.
The Clinical Aide role we currently have available includes a part-time (to full-time position) with approximately 25-30 hours per week with the possibility of a future increase based on need or demand.

Support for the administrative side includes but is not limited to |
- Scheduling Clients
- Managing patient records
- Professional, friendly and compassionate customer service
- Working in a team environment with other professionals
- Maintaining accountability for all other patient documents
- Timely communication with patients, staff, and other stakeholders; including but not limited to adjusters, adjudicators, case managers, specialists, lawyers as indicated
- Handling administrative tasks such as billing
- Payment collection/money handling and bookkeeping
- Filing
- Faxing
Assisting Physiotherapists may include |
- Preparing and maintaining treatment areas and/or clinic common areas; sanitizing used areas, equipment/tools,
- Transporting clients to their treatment areas
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Executing exercise programs and/or modalities
Performing routine non clinical patient support tasks |
- Form support
- Translation support (where applicable)
- Product support
Qualifications |
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to use electronic medical record software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- CPR level C certification from the CRC or St. John’s Ambulance is an asset
- Fluency in another language is an asset
