Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate would thrive being the first point of contact for our patients, clients and guests, providing exceptional customer support while managing front end operations. This role requires excellent phone and email etiquette, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in various office software. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized and confidential systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support office operations by performing general administrative tasks as required, including using Google Suite applications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with kind and excellent communication skills.
- Competence in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for daily tasks; a willingness to learn and teach is valued.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage people and files efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Mailchimp, and/or Canva is an asset.
