Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation and Family Law Lawyer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in these areas of law and will be committed to providing high-quality legal representation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil litigation and family law matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation sessions.
- Appear in court for hearings and trials.
- Manage case files from inception through to resolution.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and family law.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario family law and civil litigation procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Willingness to work on-site in either Midland or Innisfil.

Pay: $62,643.21-$120,000.00 per year
