We're a premium chocolate manufacturer in Vancouver looking to add a chocolatier to our production team. We supply both retail locations and wholesale customers, and are expanding our capacity to meet growing demand.
You'll work alongside our Production Manager and current chocolatier using professional equipment, including new Belgian depositor machinery arriving soon. We focus on quality craftsmanship and take a planned approach to our seasonal production cycles.

Key Responsibilities
Craft premium chocolates, truffles, and confections using traditional and modern techniques
Operate professional chocolate-making machinery
Maintain quality standards and follow production protocols
Execute production schedules for retail and wholesale demands
Support strategic inventory building during Q3 for holiday season
Maintain production logs and ensure food safety compliance
Qualifications & Compensation
Experienced Chocolatier - $24/hour
2+ years chocolate/confectionery production experience
Experience with tempering, molding, and enrobing techniques
Skilled Baker/Pastry - $22/hour + 90-day review
1+ years professional baking/pastry/food production experience
Strong chocolate fundamentals and food science understanding
Culinary Graduate - $20/hour + development path
Recent culinary school graduate with strong fundamentals
Passion for chocolate and eagerness to learn specialized skills
Essential Requirements
Food Safe Level 1 certification (or obtain within 30 days)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Flexible schedule including some peak season weekends
Legal authorization to work in Canada
