We are currently looking to expand our team with a Sales and Marketing Coordinator who will help us make an even greater impact in our community.

Role Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in promoting our services and generating new business opportunities. Reporting to the Client Care and Operations Manager, you will focus on networking with physicians, health care facilities, retirement homes, and long-term care centers to drive referrals and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Drive integrated campaigns, including email marketing, social media, referral pathways, and community presence to raise awareness of our services.
- Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with the Client Care and Operations Manager to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with physicians, health care facilities, retirement homes, and long-term care centers to establish a reliable referral network.
- Community Engagement: Attend community events, conduct service presentations, and actively network to promote our clinic and services.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, create proposals, and help generate new revenue streams for the clinic.
- Social Media & Online Presence: Leverage social media to enhance the clinic's online presence, engage with the community, and increase sales.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and business development objectives, contributing to the financial growth of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong social media skills (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Transportation: Must own reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
