Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, coordinating schedules, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive clinic experience from arrival to departure.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Verify insurance information and process payments accurately.
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist chiropractors and massage therapists with administrative tasks and patient intake processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred but not neccessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and managing patient records.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
