What You’ll Do:
- Cook and plate a variety of menu items with care and consistency
- Ensure every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation
- Work clean, organized, and efficiently — even during the dinner rush
- Help prep ingredients and keep your station ready for smooth service
- Follow recipes, portioning, and safety protocols
- Contribute to a team that values communication, respect, and precision
- Help manage inventory and minimize food waste
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience (line cook, chef, or similar)
- Strong cooking fundamentals and food safety knowledge
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented under pressure
- A team-first attitude and great communication skills
- Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food every time
- Culinary education is a plus, but not required
