Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Japanese inspired dishes, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to a collaborative and positive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of raw and cooked dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety standards.
Assist in the creation of new menu items and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Food Handler’s Certification is a plus.
Passion for Japanese cuisine.
