In This Role You Will:
- Analyze internal and external business challenges to identify growth opportunities and recommend impactful solutions.
- Generate actionable shopper, channel, and category insights through in-depth data analysis and category reviews.
- Analyze planograms to ensure category best practices are implemented and identify areas for improvement for WN and retailers.
- Research, develop, and oversee innovative go-to-market strategies, promotional opportunities, and product development concepts.
- 5+ years of progressive category management experience within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) organization.
- An Undergraduate Degree with a business concentration.
- Expertise in Space Planning planogramming software.
- Strong proficiency with NielsenIQ, retailer analytic portal systems, and Microsoft Excel.
