We are looking for a positive, polite, courteous, outgoing, well spoken Cashier/Receptionist with some knowledge of motorcycles. Having the ability to communicate with a positive attitude within the dealership will be the key to success, as the right applicant will be representing our Dealership both on the phone and in person to all our valued Customers.
Overview:
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction each and every day by bringing a positive, respectful, fun attitude with a clear understanding of customer service
- Answer incoming telephone calls with a designated greeting and forward politely to proper areas or take messages and distribute in a timely manner
- Perform Cashier duties ensuring proper documentation is completed accurately
- Complete day end closing procedures on payment terminals
- Balance daily cash, prepare float, secure monies
- Some clerical and administration duties as required
- Shifts involve working Saturday's year round
Skills & Experience:
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong computer skills and previous cash balancing experience
- Able to multi-task efficiently
- Experience handling a multi-line phone system
