Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing construction tasks that contribute to the overall quality and functionality of structures.
Responsibilities
- Installation of wood decks, composite decks, stairs, pergolas, fences, bars etc...
- Assemble various structures and components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and dimensions.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in deck building, fence building, composite materials, caulking, assembly, blueprint reading
- Ability to operate hand tools an d power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- A valid driver's license & reliable vehicle is a requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
